 Smiley clapping Eddie I Like What you are Doing so far .. I have a book "Gas engines Giant Planes" By Don Apostolico He is the author and Owner of Dons Hobby   http:www.donshobbyshop.com   click on this link . I have this book and have read it front to back.. It is 100% concentrating on 30% to 40%  Models and all their special needs.. It is a very good book and I would be glad to help you with your plane and lend you this book to read ... The first thing he teaches ... is "throw out your 40 to 60 size model ideas"  Thease are big planes. everything is different . And as you read the book and ask questions you will realize it.  But the end result is worth it the bigger plane really do fly a lot better ... Let me know (Advice, Parts) what you need ... hello nacho i am working at night when i can in the extra because is so big n my lab is so little im working in the p 51 mustag 1 landing gear i am having problem wont lock i am going to call you for an opinion to synchronize the 3 servos for the rudder.. Also hi to the rest of the club  Smiley

  clapping Cool Now That is what im a Talking About ! Although you can See It has made David Faint! picture 3  (The Price! and Size!) and your gonna need a bigger truck or  a trailer ..... Finally,  Eddie Will have a Model that will highlight...  your skills  clapping ... Remember David... Big Plane!   Big Servos!!  (High Torque 300 oz. ) on Ailerons and Elevator and 500- 600 Oz for the Rudder .. The big High tech , Or Airtronics Servos  , Or  JR's  The smaller Servos For the gas(throttle)the only little servo(140 oz)  .And you need Big Batteries (2600 for ignition) 3000 to 6000 ma per reciever for dual reciever setup.. Or a Power Box ...  you will need a lot of juice to power it.... I will be happy to help with the electronics.  Equiptment Sizes,  and Layout and Programming ...  Whatever you need ....   Nacho   Popcorn
P.S.  We Flew the Big Somenzini Yak .. Saturday at Zapata County Airport .. She Flew Great!!

My dad and I just got an Extra 330 from Great Planes. It's a work in progress and here are the specs for this beautiful plane:

Scale: 38%
Wingspan: 111 in.
Fuselage Length: 103 in.
Wing Area: 2279 sq in.
Weight: 36-38 lb (Its a heavy plane!!!)
Engine: DA 150cc 
Servos: 8 Hitec 170 with 330 oz of torque and 3 450 oz torque in the rudder
