September 17th, 18th, & 19th 2010 B-17 GATHERING & SCALE BIG-BIRD FLY-IN
Civilian or military aircraft. $20.00 landing fee. RV early arrivals welcome. Electrical hook-ups available on first-come-first-served
basis, no dump hook-ups. Current AMA membership card required. Prop monoplane 80" w/s and bi-plane 60" w/s minimum. Jet
must have minimum 140" w/s total length + width. 750' x 50' paved and 800'+ grass parallel runway. Bomber Field impounds 72
and ham frequencies. 2.4 will not be impounded.
Spectators 13 and up $7.00. Children 12 and under are free. Parking is free. Hamburgers and hot dogs served fresh from onsite
kitchen. Cold drinks, candy, chips, and souviners ( Bomberfield T-shirts and caps ). Come watch the giant B-17s fly in formation
while seated comfortably in either ground level pit building or second story observation deck seating.
Enter raffle for the ready-to-fly American Eagle 123" w/s giant scale B-17. Add battery and receiver to fly it with your radio.
